What does it mean that Parsley Health supplements are Pharmaceuticals Grade?

At Parsley Health, our supplements have the quantities and potencies of the active ingredients that you can only get from a licensed physician. They go through the same rigorous testing as pharmaceutical drugs, and each supplement is produced at a cGMP-compliant facility, meaning it must meet the same quality regulations as the FDA imposes on manufacturers of pharmaceuticals. They are third-party tested for quality and purity by reliable NSF or USP-certified manufacturers in the U.S.. Our doctors have chosen each of our supplements to ensure they are formulated with vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and botanicals in their most digestible and effective form.

How do I return an order?

Unused merchandise in original condition, with in 30 days of purchase at Parsleyhealth.com or in one of our centers may be returned in person or by mail for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please contact help@parsleyhealth.com to submit a return.

Do you ship outside the U.S?

Currently Parsley Health does not ship online orders outside of the United States.

Where can I buy vitamins and supplements from Parsley Health?

We currently sell our Parsley Health branded supplements online at https://store.parsleyhealth.com for everyone.  As a member, your doctors will work with you to prescribe supplements and vitamins for you own personalized health plan.
Why don't I see my member discount at checkout? 
First make sure your store account is activated. If it is not then please reach out to store@parsleyhealth.com so we can troubleshoot this for you.
 
How do I manage my subscription? 

First, login to your store account. Then click on "Account" where you can see your past orders and active cart. Next, click on "Manage my subscription" to make changes such as skipping your next order, changing amounts and more.
