Shipping and Return Policy

Parsley Health Store shipping policy

Currently, Parsley Health does not ship online orders outside of the continental United States. Orders received on a business day by 12:00 noon EST that are in stock will be shipped that business day.  Orders received after 12:00 noon EST will be shipped the following business day. Any order placed Friday after 12:00 noon EST will ship out Monday.

Standard ground orders placed and pre-authorized Monday-Friday before 12:00 noon EST will ship 24-48 hours from the time order is placed, pending availability and credit card authorization.

Expedited orders placed and pre-authorized Monday-Friday before 5 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped that day (excluding holidays), pending credit card authorization.

Parsley Health Store return policy

Subject to the terms of this return policy, unused supplements or merchandise that are in original condition may be returned to any Parsley Health Center within 30 days of purchase from the Center. Unused supplements or merchandise ordered from that are in original condition may be returned by mail for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase.

With the original receipt, within 30 days of purchase: A full refund of the original purchase amount will be credited to the original form of payment. If the original payment was by gift card, a store credit will be issued.

For all returns with the receipt: All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons granted at time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit.

Without a receipt or after 30 days: All returns made without a receipt or proof of purchase are subject to Parsley Health’s discretion and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
