Whole Body Wellness Kit

Whole Body Wellness Kit

Get a snapshot of your wellness from the inside out.

The Whole Body Wellness Kit offers a starting point toward a more personalized, holistic approach to health. With just one convenient at-home lab test, you'll measure several of your most important biomarkers to better understand your body from the inside out.

Biomarkers included

Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, HbA1c, TSH, Creatinine, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, hsCRP

  • Total Cholesterol: Total cholesterol is the sum of "good" and "bad" cholesterols in your bloodstream and is used to assess overall cardiovascular health.
  • HDL (High-density lipoprotein): HDL is a measure of "good" cholesterol that helps protect against heart disease by preventing the buildup of "bad" cholesterol.
  • Calculated LDL (Low-density lipoprotein): LDL, known as "bad" cholesterol, contributes to buildup of plaque in the blood vessels and is measured to assess your risk of cardiovascular disease.
  • Triglycerides: Triglycerides are the most common type of fat in our diets, and provide another measure of blood lipids for additional cardiovascular screening.
  • TSH (Thyroid stimulating hormone): TSH controls the thyroid gland's production of other essential hormones and is measured to assess overall thyroid function.
  • Creatinine: Creatinine is a waste product of muscle use that is filtered from the blood by the kidneys. By measuring creatinine in the bloodstream, this test evaluates kidney function.
  • HbA1c (Hemoglobin A1c): HbA1c measures average blood sugar levels over the past 3 months, and is a marker of your body's overall blood sugar maintenance and potential risk of diabetes.
  • Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 is used by almost every cell and body system, and is measured to take a closer look at your energy levels and brain function.
  • Vitamin D (25-hydroxyvitamin D): Vitamin D is a hormone that helps regulate calcium in the blood. Optimal levels are essential for multiple body systems — from bone health to immune function.
  • hsCRP (High-sensitivity C-reactive protein): hsCRP, which is produced by the liver in response to infection, inflammation, and even stress, is used to monitor the presence of inflammation in the body.

We help you aim for optimal health

Feeling your best starts with getting to know your body better. That's why our Whole Body Wellness Kit analyzes your results using an "optimal" range.

What is "optimal"?

It's a goal. At other labs, you may have seen the word "normal" used instead. But you should feel better than normal — and our goal is to help you strive for optimal health from the inside out.

What do we mean when we say that Parsley Health supplements are “professional grade”?

Like prescription drugs, supplements are powerful tools whose safety, quality, effectiveness, and relevance should be taken seriously.

At Parsley, our doctors are trained in prescribing high-quality supplements that are indicated to work for the conditions they support, like treating microbial imbalances in the gut, addressing nutrient deficiencies, or balancing blood sugar. We are highly selective and cautious in prescribing supplements, which are formulated with vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and botanicals in their most digestible and effective form. We often find they are more effective than conventional drug therapies alone.

We call Parsley-branded supplements “professional grade” because they’re third-party tested for quality and purity by reliable NSF- or USP-certified manufacturers in the U.S. They are manufactured at cGMP-compliant facilities, meaning the facility must meet requirements set forth by the FDA.
